BEDA – May edition!

So I didn’t even hear about BEDA (blog every day in april) until probably the 6th of april, and by that time, I had papers due, I had to do finals, I had to move out of residence… the whole deal!
So I’ve decided to do BEDM! May is my birth month, I turn nineteen years old in five short days! This leads me to loads of new opportunities such as cigarettes, lotto tickets, beer, credit cards.. pretty much anything that makes you go into debt, they just spring it all on you at once. 🙂 (just kidding about all those things, ps. although I’m totally buying a lotto ticket, just because I’d LOVE TO HAVE MY OWN CAR and see lady gaga in Montreal. 🙂 )

Today was pretty uneventful. I was in bed most of the day with the most killer toothache EVER, no idea what was causing it, but for some strange reason it went away after I got a bath…

Brandon started his job today, so I didn’t get to see him, but he’s coming over tomorrow!

I had donnini’s with my brother and Shane for supper, which is always AWESOME.  I love donnini’s! 🙂 Then Joshua went to Stacey’s, and I was home alone with the after effects of a toothache, so I took a nap, watched the lovely bones, and talked to Brandon on the phone about how his first day at work was!

So yeah.. that’s my day in a nutshell. Kind of boring, but I guess I’ll be seeing you all every day for the next month! 🙂

room tour!

Most of this post was written on friday, and I don’t really want to go back and change it all, so here it is!

I’m feeling sick today, so I thought that today would be a good day to skip the makeup to let my skin rest. I had to get up early this morning because I had a job interview at 10:00 AM, and my parents needed me to drive them to work so that I could have the car for my interview. However, the weather was really bad, so school ended up getting canceled until third period, so my dad was able to bring me to my interview. Between the time that my dad woke me up at 6:45 and went back to sleep until 9:00, I had a really strange dream that my mom was the old lunch lady and she and my dad had divorced. She lived in a trailer ever since I went to university, and my brother didn’t even exist. I came in one day to my “mom” and the “gardener” just standing in the porch, waiting for me to come in. It was REALLY REALLY strange!

Anyways, I got up pretty early this morning to get ready for that. I did a bit of makeup (basically what I did for the Don Cherry’s interview),just so that I looked presentable, but I washed it off as soon as I got home. I feel so exhausted, and I’ve been getting up early a LOT lately. So after I got home today, I cleaned up the kitchen, cleaned up my room, and then watched the hills all day long.

As you may or may not know, I’m unofficially moved out of residence for good! I have a couple things that I need to go back and get, but for the most part I am done done done with residence, which is both a good thing and a bad thing at the same time, I suppose. I was so excited for residence before I first moved there. One day while I was walking through the square one bright, sunny day I realized why. You know when you see the pictures of residence where it’s a beautiful day, people are out on the lawn playing guitar, everyone is multi-cultural, everybody is best friends?

You know, the pictures that look like this:

And everybody is best friends, like this: NO. That doesn’t happen.
Okay, okay. yes, it does happen, but I do NOT EVER remember any of the houses looking as pretty as they do on the website, and I certainly don’t remember seeing people out lying on the ground studying and playing guitar with their best friends from eight different nationalities, each wearing a different house shirt.

I had a good year with my friends, and making new friends but I really don’t think that residence was really what I envisioned it as. There are very few people that you will talk to that are like “oh yeah! I’m best friends with every single person in my house!” I mean yes, there are SOME, but nobody gets along with EVERYBODY in their house, the way that they do in Hogwarts.

I think in the back of my mind, I sort of envisioned myself in a house where everybody was together all the time, everybody was best friends, there was no drama, everybody did their homework at the same time so that everybody could get help… etc.

Obviously, I was in some sort of naive dream land called Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, because that’s not really what it was like at all.Although now that I think about it, I think I would have been even worse off at Hogwarts, they share a room with SEVEN other people. There would be nights where I would get so annoyed with the amount of my stuff and my roommate’s stuff all over the floor that I would just drop EVERYTHING and clean up right away. Don’t get me wrong, I loved living with my roommate (lubsyah, Kayla!) , and I wouldn’t want to live with anybody else, but living in residence to me was sort of like living in the mall. Yes, your friends are all there and everything is super convenient, but there’s nowhere that you can go that’s YOUR space, you know?

Nevertheless, I’m really glad that I spent this year in residence. I met a lot of people that I wouldn’t have met otherwise, and I’ve strengthened relationships with people that I probably would have drifted apart from. I had a lot of good learning experiences on how to get along with other people and how to make the best of any situation, it being good or bad. I also think that it was a really good way to transition myself into living away from home. I have a lot of good memories in residence, and it did make me really sad to move out, but at the same time, I have some not-so-good experiences that I’m going to be glad to move away from (ie; sharing a bathroom and random ketchup on my door.)

SO, as promised, I’m going to do a room tour of my residence room. I’ve never ever put pictures up of my room before, not even on Facebook, so this is its debut! This was right before I started taking everything down to pack away to bring home, so I guess I’m going to have to do an updated room tour, after I paint my room this summer.  Really, there’s not that much to see. It’s pretty small, but I enjoyed making my half my own. 🙂 On many occasions I told Kayla that living in our room was sort of like living in a camper – your bed is also your sofa, and it’s comfortable enough, but it gets a little frustrating when everything has to have an exact place to function as an everyday workspace. Seriously, we had a very strict routine to each day – which is good, I guess, but just strange. For example, we had to open the window and turn the fan on EVERY NIGHT, even in the middle of January!  Anyways, we had a good year together, so here is just a glimpse of how we lived!

This was the view from the door. The side with all the colors is mine! Kayla was gone for the weekend, so I didn’t take pictures of her side… although it looks pretty much the same as mine. We both had those Christmas lights – I’m pretty sure we put up our lights and started listening to Christmas songs RIGHT after Halloween.

This is my desk/vanity/nightstand/dinner table/coffee table. I LOVED the colorful bins that Kayla picked up for me at dollarama! It’s sorted from top to bottom: Electrical cords and school stuff, misc. things that I didn’t have a place for, makeup that I use sometimes and then makeup that I use every day.  Apparently I didn’t have my 88 shimmer palette in this picture, because if I did it would have been right under my hairbrush (it didn’t fit in the bins!) I felt quite clever when I found a way to plug ALL of my appliances in at the same time and still somewhat hide the cords.

Books, DVDs, Picture Board (which doubles as a cupboard door – all my dishes are behind it!), and other various decorative things!

My closet! Kayla and I had the novel idea of putting curtains accross the closet in order to make it look more presentable.

Another view of my bed. I love the poster of NYC.

So yeah! that’s pretty much it… as you can tell it’s kinda small, but we had an eventful year. Lots of memories, it was fun. =) I don’t regret it.

Unfortunately, unlike many people, I am two exams away from officially being finished my first year of university, so I better go keep studying, but I just wanted to post this entry!

xx,

Kristen

Golden Eyes and Job Interviews!

Hey guys!
So exams start next week, and since I was home for a while this week, I decided it would be a good time to get myself out there and find a job for summer! I had already applied for a job that I hadn’t heard from yet, so I decided to cut my losses (I really wanted that job!) and start searching for a waitress job somewhere. I handed out resumes at Pizza Delight, Irving,
Baccalo, and Don Cherries.

The actual handing-out of resumes didn’t seem OVERLY promising, although I did have this one guy interview me on the spot, and he said that he would give me a call back on April 20th, which is when I told him that I was finished my exams. He was super nice, too! However, I returned home with not too much hope of a call from anywhere, as I though I had already found where I was going to work.

Not even an hour later, I had a call back from the head manager at Don Cherries asking for an interview! I was PUMPED, if I had a choice, THAT was where I wanted to work. He asked me to come back for an interview the next day at 3:00.

So anyways, the interview went well, I’m pretty sure. He said that he would call me back in 7-10 days to let me know about the job! Not only that, but I got a call yesterday morning about the office job that I originally applied for! I have an interview at 10:00 Friday morning, so wish me luck! 🙂 AND if all of that doesn’t work out, the guy from Baccalo is calling me on the 20th ,AND I guess if NONE of it works out, then I’ll just resort to working at sobeys for a couple months and go back to CARA for the summer. Although I’d really love to work at CARA for the summer. I LOVED working there last summer. However, I’m a student and loans need to be paid.

ANYHOW, the inspiration for this blog comes from my interview yesterday! It was a gorgeous, sunny day and I wanted to look both professional, yet friendly at the same time. I decided that it would be best to go for a golden-neutral color. Although I love to use fun, bright colors and bold liners, I also like to look presentable and I like to impress when it comes to job interviews, and I just didn’t see this as a time to wear green or blue or purple or any of those fun colors. I loved how this look came out in the end, so I really wanted to share it with you guys!

I used the top three shadows for the main colors of this look. The lightest one is whatI used for my lid color, I used the middle color for the outer corner of my lid and the darkest color for the crease

I then added this bronze-y color to the outer half of my crease, just to add alittle more color.

I used this white color with a pink undertone for the highlight color.

Inspired by the bright, sunshiney day outside, I decided to put just a little of this bright yellow over my lid color! 🙂

since I wanted it to look sophistocated and not bold, I used a anabelle khol liner for my waterline and my upper lash line. This is Coffee.

I finished it off with cover girl last blast length. I like to use NON water proof mascara just because it comes off easier at night. Also, don’t forget to use an eye base to keep your look on all day! I like Mavala’s eye base, but I’ve also heard that foundation works fine? Not sure, I’ve never tried it.
The following are the final product!

Tell me what you guys think! also, if you have any ideas/suggestions/requests, i’d be totally open to that!

Kristen

March favorites

SO , it’s time for March favorites!
I’m pretty sure my favorite posts will definitely be a lot smaller in april due to my birthday being in may, and me running out of money from my shopping addiction. Thankfully, I started moving some of my stuff HOME from St. John’s, so I won’t have the constant temptation of going to the mall just for something to do!

I honestly believe that when people leave home, they change. For example, some people drink more, some people eat more, some people socialize more, some people socialize less… for me, it turned into shopping. At first, I shopped because I didn’t drink, and I used the excuse that since I don’t spend my money drinking every single weekend like many college students, I should be allowed to spend my money shopping!

Which honestly, I don’t regret. While there ARE some products that I do regret buying, I’m glad that it’s not a bunch of nights doing things that I regret, yaknow? SO  basically, now when people ask me why I don’t go to parties, or why I’m not drinking, I reply “Well, I’m just not a partier, and besides, I shop.”  I’ve come to realize that shopping is JUST as bad a habit as drinking, HOWEVER, at least I don’t spend the next day feeling like crap the day after because I bought a new pair of shoes.

BUT I DIGRESS.  On to my march favorites! This is another youtube tag that a lot of people do. It’s usually about their favorite beauty products for the month, but sometimes it’s about other things, too. For this month, I have pretty much ALL beauty products, because the beauty community is basically what inspired me to START my blog in the first place. However, as the months go on, I’m sure to gain an interest in something else and switch to that, but for now, it’s beauty products.

(NOTE: I originally took these pictures when I stayed at my grandparent’s house for a week when I was really homesick. I know, I’m a baby, but I missed my home.)

My first favorite for the month (even though technically I didn’t use it until the first of april, but I bought it in march!) is my new bedhead shampoo! I got it on sale for 12.99 at Winners, which I’m told is a good price for such a HUGE bottle. I love the scent, and I love how the pump screws back on for if you need to travel or something like that. The only thing is that if I use the conditioner with it, it does not allow me to go any more than 24 hours without washing my hair again (which is okay with me, because I wash it EVERY day. Shoot me, I know it’s bad for my hair but I can’t not wash it. I need to be clean.) BUT. other than that I really like it. 🙂  it makes my hair dry really straight when I blow dry it.

This is my favorite foundation of all time.  I don’t think there’s much more I need to say. I use it in Light 2, I LOVE it, and I usually apply it with a sponge wedge.

I’ve actually had this blush for a REALLY long time and just haven’t had the chance to appreciate it. It’s Annabelle’s duo in Coral Reef. UNFORTUNATELY, I dropped it on the floor of my room in res last week and now I’ve hit pan on it, so I’m definately going to have to find a new one. Anabelle is my absolute favorite brand for blush/eye products. They have these really great pencil liners that come in virtually every color possible. I want them all.

I FINALLY GOT MY 88 SHIMMER PALETTE FROM STARSMAKEUPHAVEN.COM THIS MONTHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!
You have no idea how much I’ve been LOVING THESE EYESHADOWS. Everybody who loves makeup needs to go buy one, RIGHT NOW. There’s so many colors! I ask kayla for advice each time I use it! It arrived in perfect condition, other than about two of the pans themselves being dislodged, but that was nothing that a little nail glue didn’t fix! Yeah, these are great. They’re very pigmented, and I just can’t get enough of them! I use them with the Mavala eye base that I got at lawton’s. The lady at the store told me it was way better than the smashbox primer, so I took her advice and bought it, and I love it!

I’ve been loving Pashminas from Ardene’s, as well! They’re very very bright and colorful, and really dress up pretty much any outfit that really needs an accessory! I have three in Black, Teal and Yellow! The only thing about these is that you HAVE to wash them by hand before you wear them, otherwise you’re going to smell like campfire. There’s THAT much dye in them. I washed them, though, and now they smell like spring, which is what they’re perfect for! 🙂

MINI EGGS.  I don’t think much more has to be said about this one. Who DOESN’T like mini eggs?

Anyways, It’s getting late and I should be heading to bed! I got inspired to write a DIFFERENT blog earlier, so expect that in the next couple days!

xx,

Kristen.

Through the Years – Birth to Preschool

I feel like my whole day has been devoted to doing work. I’m applying for this really awesome job that I’m not necessarily fully qualified for, but they said that they would accept other applicants, so I’m trying my hardest to play up all the facts OTHER than the one they want. I’m really hoping to get it, because not only is it a REALLY  cool job, but it’s also going to mean that I won’t have to waitress! which is amazing.

Because I was so stressed out today, I just wanted to blog SO BAD, but I couldn’t because I had so much work to do. Finally, at about 12:30, I caved in and said that I would finish the rest of my work before it was due tomorrow and decided to take some leisure time! So I decided to do another tag that’s really popular on youtube, and that is a throughout the years vlog/blog!

If anybody doesn’t know how this works, you devote a blog every now and again to a year in your life – from birth up to the year you’re at now. Which for me is excellent, because I’m done highschool!

So anyways, for obvious reasons, I don’t really remember much about birth through preschool. I have a couple random memories that I really don’t remember all that well. One of my first memories is from when I was really, REALLY young, probably less than two years old. I remember we were at my friend’s house on the Burin Peninsula and my dad was making pancakes for my family and our friends. And for some reason, he was arguing with my friend’s mom a LOT about whether he was going to put blueberries in the pancakes or not. Do not ask me WHY I remember this as my first memory, but I remember everything about the situation.

For some reason, my parents used to let me go play in the back yard and pretty much do whatever I wanted. I remember when I met my first friend that I made all by myself – Meagan. She said her name was “Meme” because she couldn’t pronounce her own name! So cute. I also remember that I used to walk down through the woods to go to my friend Carolyn’s house. I don’t know WHY I was allowed to do this, because I was less than five years old and I was walking down through the woods, but for some reason my parents let me. Probably because it wasn’t a very big woods and also because there wasn’t anything that dangerous in it other than the occasional broken bottle, but I was a smart kid and I knew not to touch it!

Something that I don’t remember is that when I was learning to talk, my dad would make me talk in complete sentences. Also, when I was around two years old, my brother was born, and that’s something that I remember. That’s another one of my earliest memories! I remember when we were at the hospital to see my brother, my friend from Marystown was there again and my nan took us to the gift shop to get something to eat and I chose a green popsicle. Apparently, I wanted a little sister SOO bad, and when my parents brought my brother home from the hospital, I was devastated, and asked where “Becky” was. (This is what I had planned on calling my new sister.) So yeah. Don’t get me wrong, it wasn’t that I didn’t love my brother, I guess I just thought I would get a sister too? I don’t know. Anyways, I was so sad that my parents bought me a cowboy doll and I called her Becky. Now that I think about it, Kristen and Rebecca don’t sound as nice as Kristen and Joshua, so I’m glad I had a brother instead.

(Just kidding. I love my brother!)
When I was around three or four I was obsessed with this Newfoundland artist, Terry Riley. He was a children’s singer and he always sang about teddy bears and he would host teddy bear picnics where you would bring a teddy and donate it to the children’s hospital. Well, this one night, my aunt Cathy brought me to one of his teddy bear picnics…. on the wrong night!!! I think this was the one and only time that I ever threw a temper tantrum, but I was not a happy camper that night. To make it up to me, she bought me a dixie cup from Irving (for anyone who doesn’t know, a dixie cup is one of those 250ml cups of ice cream you get in convenience stores that come with a little stick for eating the ice cream off of.) So anyways, she got me the dixie cup, and when we got home, I realized that she forgot the stick. That was when the mayhem started. I REFUSED to even touch the ice cream unless I had that stick, I would not eat it. In the end, my dad said that if I didn’t eat the ice cream with a spoon, he was going to eat it. So I ate it.

This was also when my pop made me a red wagon. If you knew anything about my pop, you would know that he was always really dedicated to his family and his grandchildren (there were only two of us, but he loved us!) – he always made us snow forts and took us to the playground and this one time he decided he was going to make me a red wagon. I don’t remember if I was so excited about the wagon or he was excited about the wagon, but long story short, I was wearing a white dress, and I wanted to get into the wagon. My Pop, who would do ANYTHING for me told me that I could get in the wagon, so he put me into the wagon – that had wet red paint on it. Pandemonium went down in the winter household. It was not a good scene, my Nan was ROTTED at my Pop for that one. Oh well. I think this was the same time that it was his birthday, and I didn’t have any means of buying him anything, so I found a random piece of styrofoam in my house and coloured it with my stamp markers. I’m pretty sure my nan found it in his closet a couple years after he died, he kept it for so long.

Anyhow, this post has gotten REALLY LONG. I meant to put it in my last post, but if anyone else has a blog, I’d love to read it. Also, you should post your random memories!

xx,
Kristen

5 Random Facts Tag!

So this is my very first Tag post of the blogging world! How exciting.

As you may or may not know, I’m a huge fan of Juicystar07. She’s a young blogger/vlogger/beauty guru around my age – I’m a freshman in University and I think she’s a Junior/Senior in Highschool,  – I’m not sure, she’s trying to graduate early. ANYWAYS. Nevertheless, when I saw this tag on her blog, I decided to do this tag as well! I actually did a similar post over at my other blog on Xanga, but it had 171 facts, I just wrote them up one day when I was bored in english class last year. I’m going to try to come up with NEW random facts for this one, though.

Random Fact #1:
I’ve always been better at memorizing formulas and applying them rather than memorizing facts. Like, I felt a lot more comfortable in Physics class where I could have a formula sheet than in Biology where it was simply just MEMORIZATION. Then Chemistry was just a horrible, horrible experience when I had to combine BOTH. It confused me a LOT. Ironically, the worst class that I had was Pre-Calculus (Math 3207.) I struggled ALL YEAR LONG with it, and near the end of the year, I sort of just gave up on the whole idea so that I could just write during class. Sad but true, but the only reason why I actually passed the course is because I went to a peer tutor for the last two weeks of class so that they could help me finish my final assignment. I did all of the hard work on the assignment and then my partner copied my answers, but I quite honestly didn’t care if he did or not, as long as I just passed the course. I got an 87 on the assignment which gave me my passing mark of 55%!

Random Fact #2:
When I was four, my mom enrolled me in a “Music for Young Children” Class. It was like, you went to the class with your parent, so it was kind of like your parent was learning the music too, so you essentially had two music teachers, the one that taught you music at class, and then your parents, who would help you with your music at home. My music teacher was SO AWESOME, she was so nice, and I’m still always really happy to see her around town when I’m at home. Anyways, At the time, I was about four years old, and I was the only girl in the whole class with five other boys!! It was actually pretty fun, cause I ALWAYS got to be the pink thing. they were always blue and I always got pink, like if we were playing a game or something. At the time, especially when I started getting older around eight or nine, I REALLY hated that my parents made me take piano lessons, but now I’m super happy that they did , because now I’m doing a focus in music for my degree!

Random fact #3
I didn’t get my ears pierced until I was 16 years old!
Actually, that’s a lie – I pierced them when I was about seven because Alexa had hers pierced,  but I was too young to take care of them myself, and my mom was working shift work at the hospital – which meant she was gone during the morning when I woke up or the night when I went to bed, and my dad had no idea about cleaning piercings, which led my piercing to get infected!! so I had to take them out.
However, I got my ears pierced after I got earrings for christmas and my aunt insisted that instead of returning the gift, I had to get my ears pierced. I was actually kind of glad to get them pierced, because I always looked upon people who had their ears pierced with envy, because they had a whole section of jewelry that they could buy and I couldn’t. It also made opening presents a nerve-wrecking experience, as I was always afraid that someone gave me earrings, which happened a LOT, especially with people who were not very close to me. SO, it was a huge relief, however now, they got infected again so I haven’t worn earrings in FOREVER, but I just put some in and they still go through, so that’s a good sign! 🙂

Random Fact #4:
When I was in the second grade, I had gotten to sit next to Alexa all year and then my teacher made me move and sit next to this really, really mean girl names Wummi. She was absolutely the meanest girl EVER. She used to bully me into letting her use my favorite cow pencil every day because it made her write better, and she told me that I wasn’t allowed to wear dresses. I don’t know why. Anyways, that was  an extremely traumatizing event in my life. I even CRIED when the teacher moved me. I cried and cried and cried and cried, and Alexa made me a hat made out of tinfoil to make me feel better, but I cried some more. It was a bad, bad day when she made me sit next to Wummi.

Random Fact #5:
When I was a kid, my mom worked at McDonald’s, and then she was a secretary at the hospital before she got her normal 8-4 job in the X-ray Clinic. This meant that she used to go to work at really random times, leaving my dad to babysit sometimes. Whenever my Mom would be gone for work for night shifts, she would sleep in the day, and my brother, dad and I would have a Pizza Weekend, where we would order a MASSIVE pizza from donnini’s on friday and eat it for EVERY MEAL  until sunday when my mom was done her night shifts. I lived for pizza weekends back then. We would also have Mario Tennis Tournaments, which were awesome. Also, my dad would sing  us Simon and Garfunkel songs before bed instead of a bedtime story.

Post your five random facts and link them back in the comments! 🙂

“WHY did you write it as C2O? are you dyslexic?”

I spent the night studying and doing homework tonight. I think it was one of the first nights of my whole university career (thus far!) that I’ve actually sat down and set out a certain amount of work for myself to do that didn’t absolutely HAVE to be done for the next day. I’m trying to get my Science 1151 lab done before an  hour before my lab for once.

This reminded me of in grade 11 when I took first level chemistry. My chemistry teacher was awesome (although I hated the course itself) and he always said really profound, philosophical, funny things that my best friend and I would find amusing, and we would then write them on my pencil case to document our “Mr. Chemistry Quotes”. I even transferred the quotes over to my Zwipes binder when I had to get rid of my blue Spacemaker pencil case.

Some quotes from Mr. Chemistry:
“.. you’re moving during midterms? WOW, you’re REALLY going to be screwed up, aren’t you!”
“WHY did you write it as C2O? are you dyslexic?”
“LIFE sucks… sometimes.”
“Science must be reproducible!”
“We all know why Alice was in wonderland!”
“…you’re not planning on taking chemistry again, are you?”

Quite honestly, if it hadn’t been for my lack of interest or ability when it came to chemistry, I probably would have stayed in the course just for the funny comments.

There hasn’t really been any reason for my lack of writing lately, I just simply haven’t been inspired enough to write a blog. I’ve had lots of ideas for blogs – but no real inspiration to write them.

I found out today that Alexa and I will have a place to live next year – which is quite exciting. I really hope that my off-campus life is a lot better than my on-campus life. I came into residence ready to rock, to be the most involved person in the house, to someday be a proctor, to live on campus my whole entire MUN career. Now we all see how THAT turned out. It’s not really residence’s fault – but that’s for a another blog. Anyways, we’re really excited, however we have no definite roomates. We do, however, have definite various kitchen appliances, so I guess that’s always a plus! 😀

I FINALLY got my eyeshadow pallette from starsmakeuphaven! I’m so excited. I  think i’ll probably do a March Favorites blog at the end of March – which isn’t so far away! only a week and a half and it’s April! This semester has really flown by.

In other news, Brandon and I celebrated our one year anniversary last week! 🙂 we celebrated by going to Fog city for dinner followed by shopping time and a movie (we saw Remember Me – It was pretty good, twisted ending!)  the end of the night didn’t turn out so great. Let’s just say that this is one kaleidoscopicat that was not happy with her public transportation. Thankfully, I have an awesome roomate who did Brandon’s Psychology quiz with him over the phone so that he could get it in on time!  Overall, I had an excellent evening, I was just glad that we got to celebrate our one-year together. 🙂

Anyhow, hopefully more blogs later! I’m sorry that I’ve abandoned you. I’ll try harder, I promise!!

Why this weekend was awesome:

  • I spent the whole weekend NOT in a mall! It’s definately a first for me since I’ve been here.
  • There were perogies for breakfast.
  • There were apples for breakfast on saturday. That was the best part of my weekend, almost.
  • I spent the weekend with brandon just relaxing and watching Dexter.
  • I finished Glee season one! I cannot wait for April 13!

xx,

Kristen.
